The Greek rider Notis Papapavlou wins today’s race under wet and difficult circumstances. The Swiss Marcel Brenner finished second, just in front of Vasco van der Valk.
Even today, the schedule didn’t run as it was intended. Due to a long red flag situation during the World Superbike race, due to extreme heavy rainfall, the qualifying was shortened to 15 minutes en was eventually planned at 17:20.
The English rider Dan Jones crashed during qualifying in his first lap and had to start as 23rd. Sander Kroeze takes the pole and behind him there’s Matteo Novali, Papapavlou, Leon Czichos, Marcel Brenner, Sven Grevink, Sébastien Fraga, Robert Schotman, Kevin Orgis and at 10th position Vasco van der Valk.
